Game demo coming soon
Nine Responding is a game about a rescuer working the edge of settled space. A distress call has come in from an empty planet. The big ships can't land there — it's too dangerous. The only way in is the rover: an old six-wheeled machine on long legs, barely holding together.
There's no map marker. The beacon only gets clearer when your nose points the right way, so you turn, you listen, you drive. The terrain is the hard part. A bad climb eats energy, and push the machine too hard on a bad slope and something gives out — not because the game decided it was time, but because you did that.
Between calls, the planet is yours. A calm free drive with no combat and no grind: old ruins, anomalies, scrap worth hauling home to keep the machine running. Park, and the reactor tops up the cells.
The demo is nearly ready, with both a rescue mission and free driving. When it's out, the link will appear here and in the news.
